At this point on its journey through Wandsworth in London, the River Wandle, which is a tributary of the River Thames, is canalised. On the right is the Young's Ram Brewery site which is being redeveloped for flats and retail units along a remodelled river bank. At bottom left is part of a small triangular area of public space referred to on redevelopment plans as "unnamed open space".
